- Nope, it's not true anymore. I run an A2630 with Kickstart 1.3 on ROM
- and 2.04 soft-kicked into 32 bit RAM for speed. I haven't tried the
- actual 2.0 ROMS, though. You might be thinking of a problem with old
- versions of the A2630 ROMS, but these were solved years ago. My A2630
- ROMs are from around '91 and these are new enough to make things work.

- Yes, but the 2 or 4 megs of memory on the A2630 take up 16-bit address
- space. This means that you can have a maximum of 4-6 megs of 16-bit
- memory in addition to the memory on the A2630. My setup is:
-
- A2000 with 1 meg of chip memory
- A2630 with 4 megs of 32-bit memory
- Supra 8 meg board with 2 megs of 16-bit memory
-
- Thus, I could add 2 megs to the Supra board for a total of 8 megs of
- fast memory. Going beyond that, however, I'd need a DKB 2632 board
- for up to 112 megs of 32-bit memory. This memory, however, would be
- beyond 16-bit address space and thus not accessible by DMA-devices,
- such as disk drives, making it slower for some (most, really)
- applications than the memory on the A2630.
